 ARUSHAH ALLAUDEEN

Arushah is a practitioner, a training consultant, a facilitator, and always a LEARNER for more than 20 years now. She started as a Production Supervisor in the mid 90’s. She brings with her a vast training experience & practice in continuous improvement & in delivering RESULTS in the fields of Manufacturing, Service, 
and R&D.

Results gained & delivered are, among others: winning Quality Championship awards, ‘Best Supplier of the year’, World Best 5S Team, World Best Quality, No.1 in ‘Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)’, achievers of Lowest Reject and Lowest Downtime; and achieved HIGHEST profit in history for many organizations. To top it all, her participants gained the ability to break these records year after year! 

Aside from Quality Improvement Programs, she always emphasizes that EQ Skills such as Personality, Leadership, Influencing Skills, Communication, Teamwork as well as Presentation Skills, also play important roles in boosting CONFIDENCE and building CHARACTER in her participants, thus these qualities made it smoother & easier for them to gain & deliver those RESULTS.

Among her usual encounters with Leaders: MDs/GMs/Participants are as follow:

Initially: MD/GM ~ “I am sorry to say, but listening to you is like listening to a fairy tale; nonetheless, letus give it a try.”
Participant ~ “I think I want to look for other jobs. I am not appreciated here!”

A year later: 
Production Head ~ “We made a breakthrough, from the average of 480 units per shift with 92% yield, to 890-1000 units per shift with 98.2% yield! Double output but rejects reduced by 75%! These are no longer impossible. Nothing is impossible nowadays. Thank you!”

MD ~ “Indeed, we did achieve our highest achievements in many things. For one, I gave my team a tough overall target of 99.67 from our previous current of 99.43 but now, we are at 99.75! And we saved millions. Awesome! Thank you for being a part of our achievements!”

 Passion:

 Where leadership is concerned, she strongly believes that the first and foremost duty of a LEADER is “To SERVE the people and HELP them win! With that, MIRACLE HAPPENS EVERY DAY!” This is proven further by the many discussions and sharing sessions she has had with HR and T+L (Training & Learning) leaders from Europe & Asia Pacific countries: i.e. Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Singapore, India, China, Philippines, Thailand, Germany, Switzerland, etc.
